The family bungalow was impressive and featured a newly renovated, functional bathroom. the stunning location near the common dining area made it easy to access everything. Being right by the ferry and close to various activities and the restaurant's schedule was a definite plus.

We had a very relaxing stay for 2 nights.

The staff were helpful and superfriendly from arrival to departure. There were very comfy beds and an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the room.

The staff here were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.

I spent a weekend at Castaways Moreton Island and would definitely visit again. the food was fantastic, offering a wide range of choices. My room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were exceptional. the location was beautiful and perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by nature in a lovely area.

This hotel was beautifully maintained and comfortable, boasting a private bathroom and a fantastic location right by a shop, making it the perfect quiet island getaway with easy access to a cafe.

Situated close to the beach and with relaxing walks nearby, this accommodation boasts a renovated bathroom and comfortable beds. Guests have access to a great value restaurant and the opportunity to meet friendly people. the staff are known to be helpful and accommodating, and the fishing is a highlight.

Despite the great location and friendly staff, guests have reported worn facilities, including a poorly equipped kitchen with only one pan and tiny pots, and a balcony that's not suitable for sitting on due to being made of worn concrete.

The location of the hotel was great, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the on-site staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. the hotel facilities were impressive, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the comfortable rooms.

The upkeep of the hotel was not up to standard, with poor cleanliness and maintenance issues.

We had a fantastic family stay on this island. The staff was outstanding - always going above and beyond to make our vacation wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing environment with perfect wrecks ideal for first-time snorkeling and younger children. The hotel had exceptional cleanliness with everything we needed in our 3-bedroom apartment, including hot showers. We appreciated the early check-in and great location providing easy transport to and from the island. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities are also worth mentioning. Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful.

The friendly and helpful staff plus the delicious meals at the on-site cafe were great highlights. The well-stocked store was also a plus. The location was a short walk to the beach which made watching the sunset every day a breeze. The beds were also very comfortable and surprisingly spacious.

There were some negatives during our stay. The lack of cooking utensils, absence of fans or aircon in some areas, and the overall cleanliness of the unit could be improved.
